We were so thrilled with the entire process of getting our roof done. From a simple social media post asking for assistance until the final messages asking how everything was, Riley and his team were quick, efficient, and friendly. Riley handled everything and was very accommodating, and talked to us not as a salesman, but as someone who had legitimate concern for our problem. We were happy with the final product, and would highly recommend this company!

I had hail damage on my roof and called 3 roofers for estimates. One never called me. One called me 2 weeks later, but Hancock came within one day, and I had my roof installed within a week. Very professional installation and was completed in one day. Jeorge explained the quote very well, and everything happened exactly as he said. Honest and quality work.

Hancock put new shingles on my house in very short order and did a fantastic professional job. From Jeorge's quick response to my initial contact to walking around the yard with me to inspect the work, he was on the ball. The crew started work at 7am and finished by 2, including the clean-up, which was thorough. My roof looks great and the Hancock sign will probably be up in my yard until the snow flies.

Riley was persistent and very knowledgeable in working with my insurance company to ensure I received the replacement I needed. With the delay from the insurance company and the added rain we received his team within 24 hours tarped my roof to ensure I did not receive any more damage. His shingling crew arrived by 7am and were done within 13 hours. He is professional and really loves what he does! You will not regret hiring him.

Hancock Contruction did a great job on replacing our shingles on our roof. Riley was very helpful in inspecting our hail damage and working with the Insurance adjusters to get the shingles replaced. I would very much recommend the Hancock Team to anyone who has roof damage and want to get the damage repaired.

Worked with Joerge at Hancock Construction to get our roof & gutters replaced in May. Joerge was great to work with. Communication was excellent, and his crew that came to do the work, was excellent as well. Hard working friendly guys, that did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves once the job was done. If you need some roofing done, I would recommend Hancock Construction for sure.

Hancock Construction was great to work with. They provided the most competitive bid and worked with our insurance to get the needed repairs covered. They showed up when they said they would and shingled our house in one day. They cleaned up the job site and hung extra netting to protect the siding during the job. Jeorge contacted me several times to keep me informed with timelines and what to expect. Also ran into Jeorge later that week donating his time to help with the rodeo. Best of all, they came in UNDER their bid. Honest and Reliable, I recommend them.

Leaving this review for the awesome encounter I had with the owner, Riley. Being from out of town we caught ourselves in a pickle when our vehicle didn’t start outside a restaurant. He was kind enough to take the time to help us out and get us on our way! So kind, genuine, and the kind of people this world needs more of. Riley is great to work with. Helped me through the whole process of inspecting my roof, working with insurance, and getting it replaced. He and his team worked quickly and got the roof replaced in one day. Very easy to work with, and good guy. Definitely recommend.

Riley and his team provided amazing roofing service. 8 men showed up and worked hard for two days straight to strip and shingle our roof at our lake home. I was impressed with their attention to all details from prep to clean up. Great team of polite, hard working and friendly workers!

Riley was great in assisting us with our insurance claim and helping us get ready for his workers to arrive. His crew was beyond excellent. In fact, neighbors watched their work and said how impressed they were with the work ethic of the crew, their level of mastery in removing and installing shingles, and there attention to detail, including cleaning up.

Riley Hancock was very professional to work with. I was impressed with their use of a drone to look at our complex roof. He showed me the 30 plus pictures and explained everything in great detail what they would do to fix my leaks. They were prompt, completed the job in a day and a half, and did a wonderful job with the cleanup. I highly recommend Riley and his crew for your roofing needs. Riley and his crew were great to work with from day 1. We had some damage from a recent wind storm and needed someone to come and assess the damage. We reached out to Hancock Construction - they were super responsive with communication, and had the job done timely. The whole process took 5 days from start to finish. One of the best parts about this small business is that they give back and support other local businesses in the community. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing company! From start to finish they put the customer first. Called out after I had roof damage from a storm. They came out the very same day and even patched it up to prevent water from coming in from another storm later that night. They helped me file a claim with my insurance company and walked me through the entire process. Riley was amazing to work with and always answered the call for my many questions. They made the process so easy it was done before I knew it. Roof looks amazing! Sadly 5 stars is not enough but the most i could give.

I contacted Jeorge for a job and he quickly responded and inspected the whole property. He was on top of everything! Got everything ordered and even reached out to the insurance company to make sure everything was sent that should have been. He was awesome to work with!!! So glad I got ahold of him when I did!!!

Riley and team, did a great job re-roofing our house. Their efficiency was top notch, they were in and out within 2 days for our house and detached garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them do work for us again!

Riley and his crew did an awesome job. They kept the worksite clean and neat and took great care of my house and siding while installing my new roof and gutters. When I asked Riley for help getting my roof shingled and explained that I had sold my house and needed it done before closing, he rearranged his schedule and completed the job three weeks early. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

Had them replace a whirlybird for me on my home. They were responsive and quicker than anyone else I reached out to. Not only did they replace the whirlybird but did an inspection of the roof and sealed up some areas that hadn’t been siliconed. Will definitely be using them for all my roofing needs!

Great experience they got the job done fast and worked with our insurance adjuster to try and get them to cover as much as possible I would definitely recommend Riley and Mike.

I was very happy with Riley. The crew did a great job on our roof, despite the heat. The crew were friendly and worked hard. They also put up protection around the house and cleaned up afterwards.

Riley and his crew were incredible. Walked thru what all needed to get done. The crew showed up at 230pm and tore off all of the old shingles and replaced them by 8pm. The team also installed 2 attic vents on my garage. It has made a major difference with heat and humidity.

Jeorge and his crew did great work on house they were clean and took extra care on it damaging any siding on the house when removing shingles. Would highly recommend!
